Should this option be used, the original warranty supplied with the product will be renewed i.e. Medireg would carry a new 4 year function warranty (MAXIMUM 2 TIMES RECONDITIONING)

Replacement using New for Old Scheme


A discounted New for Old service is available on most mainline products i.e. enabling the end user to exchange the old unit for a brand new unit at discounted price.


Planned Preventative Maintenance


It is recommended that all Therapy Equipment medical devices be checked for function on an annual basis.


Instructions are available on how this check should be carried out, and is printed as part of the User Instructions supplied with each product.


Should the Hospital require assistance with carrying out this role, we are able to supply Maintenance Contracts covering our mainline products i.e. Regulators, Flowmeters, Suction Controllers and “Entonox”. Alternatively, we are able to supply free of charge training to Hospital engineers in the annual function check requirements.

User Support and Training

Each product is supplied with step by step instructions on the use of the product, troubleshooting and also information on any Preventative Maintenance recommended.

Should further training be required, we are able to offer the following:

User Training

Regrettably, we are unable to act as the Hospital Training Department, however would be prepared supply free of charge User Training for either the Hospital Trainers or Key Personnel on the use of our Product Range.

Full Competency Checklists and Training Information can be supplied following training, should the Hospital Training Department wish to cascade this training down to the individual ward users.

Technical Training

Therapy Equipment offer full technical training on the first line maintenance, preventative maintenance and strip-down reconditioning on our four mainline products : Old Style Flowmeters, Old Style Pipeline Suction, Medireg Range and “Entonox” Demand Valves.

The Training Courses are normally arranged whenever sufficient demand is generated, and are held on Hospital site. The Courses are supplied free of charge.

Repairs


Therapy Equipment Ltd is able to offer a full reconditioning and repair service, through it's ISO 13485:2012 certified repair area.


Whilst we attempt to return all items returned for repair/reconditioning as soon as possible, normal turnaround time is approximately 1-2 weeks from receipt.

PLEASE NOTE: We would respectifully remind customers that in accordance with the MHRA guidelines, it is illegal to send contaminated goods by post. All goods returned for repair/reconditioning should carry a Decontamination Certificate.

Service Contracts

In addition to our normal repair and reconditioning service, Therapy Equipment Ltd is also able to supply an on-site Planned Preventative Maintenance Contract.

This would involve a fully trained engineer visiting the Hospital at an agreed time, and carrying out a function check on the Suction, Oxygen Therapy devices i.e. Flowmeters, Suction Controllers, Medical Regulators and "Entonox" Demand Valves. Each unit would be checked in accordnace with our recommended annual procedure, and a function check label applied to the unit. Following our visit a complete database of the equipment located would be supplied to the Hospital.
